organized, and delivered in Eritrea by the company and its local staff.
The European representation in Germany is not a separate legal entity, not a branch office, and not a tour
operator. It serves exclusively as a communication, coordination, and sales contact point for European
B2B partners.
The representative in Germany is an employed staff member of Eritrea Horizon and pays income tax in
Germany according to applicable regulations. All other business income remains with the Eritrean
company.

4. Contractual & Liability Notice
This website is intended exclusively for tour operators, travel agencies, and professional business partners
(B2B).
No direct bookings by end customers are possible via this website. The respective tour operator remains
the contractual partner of the travelers.
Eritrea Horizon acts as a local destination management company (DMC) and ground service provider.
